Hot Mama Revolution: Giveaway!

I remember watching television one day in the 7th or 8th grade, and seeing a commercial for Softlips. The next time I walked into Walgreens, I saw a display of them right there, hanging from one of the shelves and I decided I must have a tube.
On that day, a love affair began. It started with cherry, has moved through various other flavors, but always comes right back to cherry. I introduced all my little grade school friends to Softlips and they were instant fans too. (I went to a Catholic school, K-8 all in one building. I do not understand all this elementary and junior high stuff. It's all grade school to me.)
It's so smooth and yummy, and it doesn't make my lips feel hot or gooey like other chapsticks. And it makes your lips look and feel so healthy. Not to mention it is SPF15 and that never hurts!
The other day, I ran across a new version of Softlips. In this set of two, (I love that they come in sets of two. One for my purse, another for the car or my jacket pocket or nightstand...) there is a vanilla and a bronze! I usually run from anything that goes on my lips and has a color to it. I am just not a lipstick kind of girl. I like my lips au natural as far as color goes. But I was in a hurry and it was right by the checkout line. So I tossed it on the belt and thought, "What the heck! I'll give it a shot."

Can I just say I LOVE IT! It's a very natural shade of color for lips but it also has lots of shimmery stuff in it which, to me, says "I just came from the beach where I met a mysterious cabana boy and we totally made out in the sand until sunrise." Either that or, "Look! My lips are sparkly, but not in a 5th grader's tube of lip gloss kind of way."

Anyway, since I love it so much and love you lovely readers at the same time, I wanna give some away!! You want some?? Heck, even if you don't end up liking the bronze tube, you'll still get a plain old vanilla one to use!

I just want to know what your favorite little product is. I've got my Softlips addiction. My best friend in Basic Training swore by Carmex. My sister loves her some baby powder. What product do you love? I changed my mind! I was asking people to post about their fave product and then link here, but what the heck. Just leave a comment about your favorite product to be entered. I'll draw a winner at random on Friday.

Just so you know, I am not being compensated for this post. I did this purely out of my own love for Softlips. :)

I know this is weird but I have a love affair with my Degree powder fresh deoderant. It's one product I HAVE to have. :o)

Oh and I love softlips too but haven't purchased one for a while (still on the chapstick - stocking filler use).

I am a huge lip balm freak. But I haven't seen Soft Lips in YEARS. I loved that stuff!

I have a well documented addiction to lip gloss. My husband got me a package of ... get this... 36 for Christmas one year!!

My all time favorite is grape soda sheer from Bath and Body Works. It's just yummy and the perfect amount of flavor to gloss ratio!

I've even blogged about it before! LOL, so I guess we are similar in that fashion.

Beauty products wise... Addicted to Aveda Smooth Infusions pretreatment hair stuff. I can straighten my hair without it getting all greasy and skanky looking.

Practical product wise? CANNOT live without Sharpies. I love the Sharpies markers. And with two kids, I have to write their names on EVERYTHING for school, daycare, etc. I have multi-colored sharpies everywhere. They make me very happy.

Alright...you asked for it...I must tell.

As of right now, my all-time favorite beauty product is tied up...
I am horribly addicted to Mary Kay Micro-Dermabrasion set, right along with the brand new Mary Kay Mineral Powder Foundation.

I've always suffered from horribly oily, blemish-prone skin, and tried everything, including prescription medication and cleansers to no avail. I had a good friend ask me to host a MK party, and never looked back! OK...actually, I have to say I love ALL the MK products so much, I actually sell it myself.

No, this isn't a bid for your business, but you can find me on my blog and ask me about it if you want to.

And I LOVE the Hot Mama revolution. It is SO much fun to go into places with people who knew before HMR, and hear them say "You look great!"

OK, if you read the last comment I left, I should point out that I left the wrong link. My favorite beauty products are not listed on wikipedia under Oedipus Complex...Yikes!

Here's the correct link to my blog post about my 3 favorites:
